Bot Channel Access

To DM a user when you @mention them in a comment, your bot needs the im:write scope.
Add it: api.slack.com/apps → Your App → OAuth & Permissions → Bot Token Scopes → Add im:write → Reinstall App.

Required Bot Token Scopes:

chat:write users:read channels:read groups:read channels:join im:write

Go to api.slack.com/apps → Create New App → From Scratch
Go to OAuth & Permissions → add all scopes listed above
Click Install to Workspace → copy the Bot User OAuth Token
Paste it above and click Save & Test
Use the Channel Access list above to join channels with one click

🔑 How to set up Google Sheets sync

Go to console.cloud.google.com and create or select a project
Enable the Google Sheets API (APIs & Services → Library)
Go to Credentials → Create Credentials → OAuth Client ID
Choose Web application — add your site URL to Authorized JavaScript origins
Copy the Client ID, paste it above, click Save, then Connect Google Account

🔑 How to get your free API key

Go to console.anthropic.com and sign in (or create a free account)
Click API Keys in the left sidebar
Click + Create Key — name it anything (e.g. "PBS PM")
Copy the key — it starts with sk-ant-
Paste it in the field above and click Save & Test

🔒 Your key is stored only in your browser via localStorage — it never leaves your device or goes to any server.

Notifications & Reminders

Get notified when To-Dos, Projects, Goals, and Reviews are due

⏰ Timing: Fires at the exact time if set on a To-Do, otherwise at 8:00 AM on the due date. Notifications only fire while the app is open in your browser.
